ASME-BPE Hose-tail in material AISI316L and a surface finish in accordance with ASME-BPE SF1 quality, manufactured for Pharmaceutical applications between SS tube systems and flexible hose. The size range and dimensions are in accordance with Part DT of the ASME-BPE, BS 4825, DIN 32676 and ISO 1127 with tolerances in acc. with ASTM A269/A270. The bore at the ferrule face is "mating" allowing standard gaskets to be used without creating a "dead-volume". The Hose-tail has on the OD a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm, while the internal bore and ferrule face has Ra ≤0,500 µm in accordance with part SF of the ASME-BPE. The Hose-tail is supplied with a Blue PE protection Cap and sealed - it is marked with CSE, an unique number referring to the material certificate and the sizes in Inches. A material certificate in accordance with 3.1 DIN EN 10204 is supplied free of charge.
