Straight Cross WxWxWxW DT-4.1.2-1 (ex DT-09) in SF1 quality and material AISI 316L. The dimensions are in accordance with Part DT of the latest ASME BPE and tolerances according to ASTM A269/A270. The straight ends are described in Part MJ and suitable for orbital TIG welding. Externally the Tee has in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,500 µm/20 µIn. The ends of the straight Tee are protected by blue caps and the fitting is packed in PE plastic. The sticker on the outside of the PE, shows the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT-4.1.2-1 - SF1 - SS316L - the dimensions in inches - the heat number. The QR and barcode allows you to store all relevant information quickly and easily. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is delivered free of charge.
