Tube DT-4.1 (ex DT-01) in quality SF4 with a length of 6100mm in material AISI 316L with dimensions in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE version Part DT and tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. The tube has straight, deburred ends in accordance with Part MJ, prepared for orbital TIG welding. Externally the tube has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1.0 µm and internally an Electro polished surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,375µm/Ra ≤15µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The tube ends are protected with white caps and each length is sealed in PE foil. A sticker on the outside of each foil contains the same information as permanently marked on the tube: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT-4.1 - SF4 - SS316L -dimensions in Inches - heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
