DT-31 Ferrule Cap 25,40/38,10 x 1,65mm SF1

Solid Ferrule Cap DT-4.1.5-2 (ex DT-31) in quality SF1 and material AISI 316L. Dimensions in accordance with the BS-4825, DIN 32676, ISO 1127 and the latest ASME-BPE version Part DT and tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. The cap made for Tri-Clamp connections together with a seal (gasket). Externally the cap has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,500 µm/20 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The cap is protected with a blue cap and each is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT 4.1.5-2 - SF1 - SS316L - dimensions in Inches - heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
