DT-21 Concentric Reducer 25,40x1,65/19,05mm CxC SF1

Concentric Reducer CxC DT-4.1.3-3 (ex DT-21) in quality SF1 and machined from bar AISI 316L in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE part DT. The reducer has on both ends a hygienic Tri-Clamp joint in accordance with Part MJ. Externally the reducer has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,500 µm/20 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The ends of the fitting are protected with blue caps and each reducer is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT 4.1.3-3 - SF1 - SS316L - dimensions in Inches - heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
