DT-16 Elbow 90˚ 12,70 x 1,65mm CxC SF1

Elbow 90˚ CxC DT-4.1.1-3 (ex DT-16) in quality SF1 and material AISI 316L. Dimensions in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE version Part DT and tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. The elbow has on both ends hygienic Tri-Clamp flanges in accordance with the BS-4825, DIN-32676, ISO-1127 and Part MJ of the ASME-BPE. Externally the elbow has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/ ≤40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0.500 µm/≤20 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME BPE. The ends of each elbow are protected by blue caps and the fitting is packed in PE plastic. The sticker on the outside of the PE shows the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT-4.1.1-3 - SF1 - SS316L - the dimensions in inches - the heat number. The QR and Barcode allows you to store all relevant information quickly and easily. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is delivered free of charge.
