DT-29 Instrument Tee 25,40/19,05 x 1,65mm CxCxC SF1

Instrument Tee CxCxC DT-4.1.2-11 (ex DT-29) in quality SF1 and material AISI 316L. Dimensions in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE version Part DT and tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. The Instrument Tee has on all ends a hygienic Tri-Clamp joint in accordance to BS-4825, DIN-32676, ISO-1127 and Part MJ of the ASME-BPE. Externally the fitting has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,500 µm/20 µIn in accordance with Part SF. The ends of the fitting are protected with blue caps and each Tee is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo - CSE - ASME BPE - DT 4.1.2-11 - SF1 - SS316L -dimensions in Inches - heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
